Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold through EduForge (eduforge.co.uk) are digital downloads, including worksheets, lesson plans, quizzes, and other printable educational resources.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been made available for download. Once you have access to a digital file, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product.

2. Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights when purchasing digital content. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The digital content will be made available to you immediately after payment.
  • You consent to the immediate supply of the digital content.
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund once the digital content has been made available for download.

3. Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

  • Review the product description carefully — each resource listing includes a detailed description of the content, year group, curriculum area, and what is included.
  • Download the free sample — where available, we provide a free sample so you can preview the style, format, and quality of the resource before purchasing.
  • Check system requirements — ensure you can open and print PDF files before purchasing.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you believe a product is faulty (e.g., a corrupted file that cannot be opened) or does not match its description, please contact us at support@eduforge.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where appropriate:

  • Provide a corrected version of the file.
  • Offer a replacement resource of equivalent value.
  • Issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you have accidentally purchased the same resource twice, please contact us at support@eduforge.co.uk and we will review your request and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
